![]() ![]() Masks should be mandated at all times even after entrance, unless patrons are at their seated area eating or drinking. We only one drink and left, will definitely come back at a better time when back in Dallas. Also the staff were nice and quick to make our drinks, but should keep mask up at all times. I ordered "The boys are back", wasn't too strong or watered down, so definitely worth it. The cocktail drink menu was a bit pricey & had a short list. It was also spaced out enough for social distancing but I feel like it was over capacity up there, especially by the bar. Since it was a little chilly out they had the plastic covering and a few fire pits to warm up the area. Going up to the second floor you'll enjoy the bar and the outdoor seating with a semi great view of the city. You can order food on the first floor but not the second or even bring it up it's understandable though. Also big open space to allow social distancing. There are two floors to this bar and the first floor is well lit with great music vibes. It's semi classy in here.Īs soon as you walk in ID gets checked and mask is mandatory to enter during this time. We literally got parking on the corner of the street in front of the place. And the potatoes were perfect, needed no seasoning.Īt the end of a lovely sunny day it was only right to go to a roof top to get a cocktail and catch the night breeze! The crab cake wasn't fried too much which is good. The benedict was really good it had pieces of asparagus between the muffin and the crab cake. The manmosa was perfect it was your regular mimosa with grand mariner so that allowed me to only have to sip on mimosas the whole day. I had the crab cake Benedict and breakfast potatoes. I was so impressed with the dinner that I decided to come back Sunday for brunch. This was more than enough for 1-2 people. At first I thought the fries didn't have enough cheese but as I ate I discovered that melted cheese was at the bottom of the bowl. The fries come with queso cheese, cheddar cheese melted on top, jalapeños and chives (comes with bacon and ranch too but I got it on the side). The wings come in order of 8 and were crispy and fresh. I ordered lemon pepper wings and side order of loaded fries. We sat on the patio because it was the first available location and it was a chilly night but they had heaters inbetween every table to make it tolerable. We started on the rooftop for city views and drinks but after so many drinks and a good time we need some food. I valet as always, with it being free, you just have to tip. The first part of this review I went on a Saturday night for drinks with friends. I have visited Happiest Hour on a few occasions strictly for drinks and it's always a good time with good drinks, ambiance and atmosphere. This is 2 reviews, 2 separate visits in one week, in one. ![]()
